Attendance is an essential aspect of a student’s academic performance and progress. To ensure that students derive maximum benefit from their educational experience, we have implemented an attendance policy that must be followed by all students.
According to the policy, students are required to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible to write the final examination. The attendance is calculated from the first day of school reopening in June to the end of February of the academic year.
If a student’s attendance falls below the minimum requirement, they will not be allowed to write the final examination. However, in case of unavoidable circumstances, such as illness or bereavement, students must provide a written explanation along with appropriate documentation to the school authorities. In such cases, the school may consider making an exception.
The school regularly monitors attendance and will communicate with parents/guardians in case of any concerns or irregularities. It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to ensure that their child attends school regularly and on time.
We believe that regular attendance is critical for academic success and urge all students to maintain a high level of attendance throughout the academic year.
